What is anxiety/overthinking?
“Every human living in the present society has a void within. Every action he or she takes is to fulfill it. The more voids there are, the greater the urge to fulfill them. This results in the overflow of thoughts, and eventually, those thoughts lead to actions. In some cases, the actions that result are erratic, depending on the intensity of emotions.
This phenomenon in the human psyche can be explained in another way. One of the triggering effects in human evolution is the presence of a feeling of incompleteness. In order to achieve that sense of completion, we struggle throughout our lives. In the process, humans learn how to navigate through life with all of its complexities and confusions.
The dilemma of human life is that, despite all the struggles one goes through, it leads to nowhere. The questions remain unanswered, and confusion prevails. Things worsen when stubbornness and ego dominate the human mind, along with a lack of humility.”
“Depending on how a human learns from its past mistakes, the ultimate solution is total surrender to the flow of life and the dropping of all expectations—whether from people, situations, or, in turn, from all the efforts a human puts into reaching the goals set in life. The ultimate purpose of life, and all efforts, are directed consciously or unconsciously toward achieving a peaceful state of mind, which can only be achieved by merging oneself with existence.
You will never find a perfect person, situation, or any other thing that you need to go through in life. When you find perfection in imperfection, you will find the peace you are looking for, consciously or unconsciously.”
