Sitting in Two Boats

I am so excited I have published my first book entitled, “Sitting in Two Boats: a memoir of faith and madness. In Sitting in Two Boats, realism and fantasies go side by side. Initially, my goal was to prove or disprove God from the first principle. I created a fictional character, Mr. Monologue, who claims that the theory of everything exists if and only there is no God. His theory solves all problems of the mankind. Mr. Monologue is only noticed when he commits suicide. It is then when people think that he was a messenger of God.

How could God send a messenger whose very message is that He does not exist? This question impacts me so much that I become mentally ill and diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I am an atheist when stable. In mania, I become psychotic and strongly believe that Mr. Monologue is real, who will one day emerge as a prophet.
