Can we place a price on the universe? To answer this question, we have to look at whether we pay for space, time, or spacetime. If you want to buy a land, the price may vary if you buy it ten years later. The price of the land or space changes when time is added to it. Thus we pay for spacetime.
Now the problem is easy. Simply replace matter in the Einstein field equation by money, and one gets spacetime driven by money. We get the following.
From Einstein field equation, spacetime = matter
Once we put a price on it, spacetime = money
From the last two equations, we get matter = money
Various solutions are possible. A vacuum solution corresponds to cryptocurrency. The black hole solution corresponds to currency in coins. More solutions can also be obtained, such as currency being in paper.
