Daily Rituals

These days, our lives revolve around family and professional commitments. There is often chaos and disagreements, which lead to a lot of mental restlessness. Keep in mind that through performing certain rituals, we can bring our minds to a calm and peaceful state.
There are different mental states we go through, but they are not permanent—they come and go. The best way to stay in control is to observe your breathing at least once a day. If we experience frequent mental turbulence, it indicates that we have not set specific targets to achieve, resulting in a lack of motivation and planning.
So, first, get your routine right. A good diet, proper sleep, and doing good for others should be part of your daily routine. Additionally, exercise and meditation are important. Sitting quietly for at least half an hour every day will help keep your emotions in check.
