I simply want to say Happy New Year. And what are your new year’s resolution. Mine is to lose some weight. I’m intermittent fasting. This is the best method that works for me. It is called 8-16 meaning sixteen hours fast. During fasting hours you can drink water, black tea or coffee. It is easy to keep track of. What time do you eat your last meal at night. Eat your last meal and add sixteen hours and then have your breakfast or lunch.
If have eat your last meal at 6 pm, then open your fast next day at 10 am. Here is the fasting hours options. 6pm–10am, 7pm–11am, or 8pm–12 pm.
During eating hours make sure to avoid sugary food and also limit carb content. I hope it works for you.
