Don’t become weak like a long range force, such as gravitational or electromagnetic force. Become strong like a short range force (strong nuclear force). Live in your own time. Influence your own people. Don’t expect they’ll remember you. Ask them when time comes to burn your body and be forgotten.
Ask yourself what you, why you do it. Is it because you have some goals? No, there is something that bother you, and so you do this but not that. Bothering is the key point. Know your bothering, and surrender before it. Sometimes you’re bothered to help other, do it don’t ask for payback. If you’re helped, maybe you’re unable to pay it back, pay it forward. Your parents raised you, you cannot raise them back, raise your own kids. This is pay forward mechanism. If someone saved your life, don’t endanger his/her life to save it then, save others life if you can.
Know that happiness is in little things. Getting a Nobel Prize, for instance, doesn’t mean your the happiest person in the world. Know your little things that make you happy. If you are depressed, don’t find reasons that I’m depressed for this or that. Sometime depression (low mood) comes by-itself. Break rhythm in your life if it helps. Sleeping and rising on the same times every day. Disturb this pattern once in while. Try new things that you don’t usually do. Buy new clothes, for instance.
Don’t be very picky in making new friends. Don’t always stick to like-minded friends. Keep also company with those whose ideas are at 180 degrees to yours. Like a magnet shake your ideas to get demagnetized and refresh. If you like quiet places, sometimes visit noisy places. It may refresh your mind.
In conclusion, like in a drama, there are rises and falls in real life too. If you are sick, and the illness is diagnosed, know that it’ll take sometime to fell better. Enjoy the pain in your bones and get strong.
